If you are one of the 45% (and growing) Americans who are interested in natural health choices and organic foods – you will want to attend. Health by Choice Education and Research (HBCER)’s educational seminars act as a complete wellness program for repeat attendees. Seminars are held on the third Thursday of every month (September-June). For just $10, participants receive a binder that incorporates the natural wellness teachings into their daily life. The program builds to create a full spectrum of holistic wellness topics. Speakers are highly skilled practitioners, coaches, and physicians who donate their time to the benefit of this non-profit. Beginning in January 2018, HBCER will offer newsletter subscriptions at the introductory rate of $30/year. Each newsletter will contain research and an accompanying case study designed to inspire you to make healthier decisions and to begin to view food as medicine.
Registration begins at 6:30pm and the program begins promptly at 7:00pm. The cost for this program is by donation for Health By Choice Education & Research and will be accepted at the door. Please RSVP to Altoona by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and in your RSVP email, please put Lancaster in the subject line.
